Out of Hours

We are partnered with Vets Now and Vets at Night Derby to provide our out of hours emergency veterinary pet care. Vets Now Stoke, Vets Now Derby and Vets at Night Derby will look after the out-of-hours service between 6.45pm and 8.30 am weekdays and from 4.00pm Saturday through to 8.30am Monday.

By being partnered with Vets Now and Vets at Night Derby we are able to offer our clients round the clock care, whilst allowing our own vets and nurses the ability to achieve a work-life balance and to retain our experienced staff whose natural career progression is to positions with no requirement for out of hours work. Because Vets Now are not working during the day, they are dedicated to providing out of hours emergency care so will be up and ready to see your pet at the time you need them as well as being able to monitor and provide continuous care throughout the night.
