Yes please! At certain times of the day our vets are busy dealing with in-patients or are operating, so please make an appointment to avoid a potentially frustrating wait! You can book an appointment here.

When we are open, see here for our opening times, one of our vets will see you at the earliest possible opportunity, or one of our highly trained experienced nurses will “triage” your pet to facilitate quick and efficient treatment.

When we are closed, see here for information on what to do.

Yes! In fact we encourage it for continuity. Provided that vet is available and has free appointments we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

We accept cash, cheques and most credit/debit cards. Our terms are strictly payment at time of treatment or upon collection of any medicines.

Yes, we do. However, they generally have to be fitted around our everyday work load, so it may not always be possible to give you an exact time just a window, and it may not be possible to have the vet of your choice.

We try our level best to be competitive with our suppliers of medicines, including internet pharmacies. We will always provide prescriptions upon request, but please give us the opportunity to see if we can be competitive with any prices you find for your medicines.
